Rice-Based Value Products
Exporter of premium Indori Poha, gluten-free Rice Flour, and high-smoke-point Rice Bran Oil sourced directly from India's key production belts.
Poha (Flattened Rice)
Poha (flattened rice) is a dehusked rice which is flattened into flat light dry flakes. These flakes of rice swell when added to liquid, whether hot or cold, as they absorb water, milk or any other liquids. The thickness of the flakes varies between thin, medium and thick. It is a highly popular, easy-to-digest convenience food exported heavily to countries with diaspora populations.
Indori Poha – The Premium Export Grade
Indore, Madhya Pradesh produces the most widely recognised and premium quality poha – known for its distinct texture, clean white colour and consistent flake thickness. Indori poha commands a price premium in export markets and is specifically requested by Indian diaspora buyers in UAE, Australia, UK and USA. We source directly from Indore belt processors for export orders requiring premium grade.

Rice Flour
Rice flour is produced by milling cleaned, dried rice – white rice, brown rice or parboiled rice – to a fine powder. Rice flour is naturally gluten-free, making it the fastest-growing flour category globally driven by coeliac disease awareness and gluten-free food trends in Europe, USA and Australia. India produces rice flour from both white and brown rice, with white rice flour being the primary export product.

Rice Bran Oil
Rice bran oil is extracted from the bran layer and germ of the rice kernel – the brown outer layer removed during white rice milling. India is one of the world's largest producers of rice bran oil, with significant production capacity in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal – all major rice milling states.
Rice bran oil has the highest smoke point of common cooking oils (254°C) and contains naturally occurring gamma-oryzanol – a compound with antioxidant and cholesterol-modulating properties not found in other common cooking oils. Japan, Korea and Thailand have consumed rice bran oil as their preferred cooking oil for decades – demand is now growing in Western health food markets.
Fatty Acid Profile – Why Buyers Choose Rice Bran Oil
| Fatty Acid | Content | Significance |

| Monounsaturated (Oleic) | ~47% | Heart-healthy – similar to olive oil profile |
| Polyunsaturated (Linoleic) | ~33% | Essential fatty acid |
| Saturated | ~20% | Stable at high temperature |
| Gamma-Oryzanol | 0.8–2.5% | Unique antioxidant – not found in other oils |
