(De-Oiled Cake)

Essential high-protein Soya Meal for poultry, cattle, and aquaculture. Sourced from the finest soybean crushing units with guaranteed protein levels.

What is Soya DOC?

"Soya DOC (De-Oiled Cake), commonly known as Soya Meal, is a high-protein byproduct derived from extracting oil from soybeans, often through solvent extraction. It is a cornerstone of modern animal nutrition."

Primary Uses & Applications

Poultry Feed

A major component in poultry feed, providing necessary protein for healthy growth.

Cattle & Dairy Feed

Essential for improving milk production levels and overall livestock health.

Aqua Feed

Primary source of protein in aquaculture for farming fish and shrimp.

Organic Fertilizer

Highly rich in nitrogen; functions as an effective slow-release organic fertilizer.

Industrial Uses

Utilized in the manufacturing of adhesives, plastics, and various eco-friendly products.

Innovation: Eco-Friendly Products

Soya DOC derivatives are increasingly used to manufacture sustainable alternatives for everyday items, reducing plastic waste and environmental impact.

Frequently Asked Questions

Buyer FAQs

Soya DOC (De-Oiled Cake) is the high-protein residue remaining after oil extraction from cleaned soybean seeds through solvent extraction process. It is the most widely used plant-based protein source in animal feed globally — used in poultry, cattle, swine, aquaculture and pet food formulations.
Three main commercial grades — Standard grade (protein 43–45%, with hull), High protein grade (protein 46–48%, partially dehulled) and Hi-Pro grade (protein 49–50%, fully dehulled, low fibre). Higher protein grades have lower fibre and better digestibility.
Urease activity measures the level of anti-nutritional factors. Too high urease (above 0.3 mg/g) means under-processing, reducing protein digestibility. Too low (below 0.05 mg/g) means over-processing, which reduces amino acid availability. Optimal range is 0.05–0.3 mg/g.
Non-GMO Soya DOC comes from non-genetically modified soybeans — required by European buyers and organic feed producers. GMO Soya DOC is acceptable for standard animal feed in most Asian, Middle East and African markets.
MOQ is 25 MT (one full container). Available in 50 kg PP woven bags and 30 kg bags. Bulk loose container for 100 MT and above. Samples can be arranged within 5 days.
Shelf life is 6 months from production date in cool, dry, ventilated storage below 25°C. Moisture control is critical to prevent aflatoxin development. Use pallets to ensure air circulation.
